Rules
In one line: rank is the number of unique people you bring.
Getting on the board
Enter your X handle and take a link. Free, no account.
Post the link. Everyone who clicks through counts toward your rank.
Taking a link is not enough — with zero visitors you do not appear on the board at all.
What counts as one visit
The same person clicking repeatedly counts once.
Identity is a browser marker plus a network range, so changing IP, refreshing, or clicking again does not inflate anything.
Link preview fetchers and crawlers never count.
Follower count
Verified automatically on submission and labelled as such.
If the lookup fails you can enter it yourself; it is then labelled self-reported.
Either way it never affects rank. Inflating it only makes your own yield look worse.
What this number measures
It measures one thing: how many deduplicated real people a single post of yours sends to a link.
It does not measure how alive your followers are. How many people click also depends on the content itself, the hook, the time of day, and whether X chose to distribute the post at all — none of which can be separated out of this number. Any product claiming to isolate "follower engagement" is ignoring that.
So a single result says little; a trend across several days says a lot. Links are permanent precisely so the same account can measure repeatedly — the noise from any one post averages out.
The board's value is not absolute precision either, it is comparability: everyone is counted by the same dedup rule, on the same page, over the same window. X's own link-click count is not deduplicated, includes crawlers, and is visible only to the account owner — two people quoting their own dashboards are not comparing anything.
How the board accumulates
The board does not reset. Every visitor your link has ever brought stays counted, and the same person clicking on two different days still counts once.
Each day is recorded separately as well, so any single day can be read back under past boards — useful for seeing whether one post outperformed another.
Paid placement
$5 puts your account in the strip above the board for 7 days.
It buys visibility only. Your position inside the board stays exactly where your reach put it.
A slot is not ranked, and it does not require you to make any visitor number public.
